Miles Davis(1959) "So What" (trk: So What) 《Miles Davis(tp), Julian "Cannonball" Adderley(as), John Coltrane(ts), Bill Evans(p), Paul Chambers(b) and Jimmy Cobb(drm)、(1980年代に日本のオーディオ会社が情報操作した)「デジタルは音が良いアナログは音が悪い」、「アナログは人間味があるがデジタルは機械的だ」といった「アナログかデジタルかの無教養な善悪論」が相変わらず巷を席巻している。OPENの カートリッジ：audio-technica AT-DS3とフォノ･イコライザー内蔵ディスコ･ミキサー：Technics SH-EX1200の組み合わせは、Jammy'sレーベルなどのドラム･マシーンとキーボードとの併用による曲を再生するのには適しているが、どうもアコースティック･ピアノ、トランペット、サックスなど金属の振動から発生するノコギリ波が多い生楽器の再生には適していないらしい。一方、猫小屋で使用しているカートリッジ：Sure M44Gとフォノ･イコライザー、オーディオ･インターフェイス内蔵ディスコ･ミキサー：Allen & Heath Xone42の組み合わせは、ジャズの再生に(も)適している。ジャズやStudio Oneレーベルのレゲエを再生する場合は、アナログ盤→audio-technica AT-DS3→Technics SH-EX1200のフォノ入力よりも、アナログ盤→Sure M44G→Allen & Heath Xone42を使用してサンプリングしたwaveファイルをDJソフト：Traktor 2→オーディオ・インターフェイス：Native Instruments Kontrol Audio 6→Technics SH-EX1200のライン入力の方が適しているみたいである。》
